Note: The admission fee is not refundable!
Note: Every competitor has to pay an extra 10 LT (3 EUR) rental for the time chip in the start place. This rental will be refundable!

JUNIOR (should be paid till the date mentioned bellow):

AMATEURS AND CHILDREN BORN:
I - 2005 - 2004 girls and boys;
J - 2003 – 2002 girls and boys;
M1 – amateurs

150 m – 4 km – 1 km
Start and Finish - Municipal Beach in Kupiškis (Lake “Kupiškio marios”)
Swimming - 150 m (Lake “Kupiškio marios”) 1 lap, start from the water;
Cycling - 4 km – (1 lap Kupiškis streets, hilly)
Road traffic closed along the entire route!
Running – 2,5 km (1 lap) hilly, asphalt.

CHILDREN, VETERANS, AMATEURS AND TEAM RELAY:
A - 2001 - 2000 girls and boys;
B – 1999 – 1998 girls and boys;
V1 -  1953 and older women and men;
V2 – 1954 – 1965 women and men;
OP- open class (amateurs);
TR - team relay (3 members: one athlet is swimming, another – cycling, the third – running. Team can nonsist of any gender and sex team members.)
250m – 8km – 2,5 km

ELITE : 1974 - 1993 AND VETERANS BORN 1964-1973
1500m – 40 km – 10 km
Start and Finish - Municipal Beach in Kupiškis (Lake “Kupiškio marios”)
Swimming - 1500 m (Lake “Kupiškio marios”) 2 laps of 750 m, start from the water; Water temperature: ~20,
Cycling - 40 km – (10 laps x 4km Kupiškis streats, two sharp hills, one sharp corner)
Road traffic closed along the entire route!
Running – 10 km (4 laps of 2,5 km) hilly, asphalt.

On the same day there will be organized also a Baltic triathlon championship for elite men and women. Competition is open for domestic and foreign athletes.  Overall awards will go to the top three male and female finishers in each of the age groups. Lithuanian Championships titles and medals will go to the top three male and female Lithuanian finishers in each of the age groups.
