Welcome to 2019 ASTC Cholpon-Ata Asian Cup and Central Asian Championships.
The race will take place on the shore of the beautiful Issyk-Kul lake, which is located at attitude of 1609 m. above sea level.

Sprint Distance
750m SWIM – Lake Swim/Beach start
20km BIKE – Flat and fast, but with several strong rises
5km RUN – With a set of heights
